Ramiro Valdés evaluates positive investments in Cárdenas and Varadero.

The Commander of the Revolution Ramiro Valdés Menéndez evaluated the investor process in the Matanzas municipality of Cárdenas and the Varadero peninsula as positive, following a route that he usually carries out every month with the purpose of assessing the progress of execution schedules.

In the Flag City, he visited the construction site of ten apartments for workers of the Railway Company José Valdés Reyes, which will be delivered in the coming days by the ECOI Architecture Brigade 34 Julio Antonio Mella, a building that was built with quality and comfort to the enjoyment of the family.

The director of that prestigious installation, Ileana Flores Morales, exchanged with Valdés Menéndez about the fulfillment of the production plan. In 2018 it was possible to finish 29 gondolas, 46 hoppers, seven platforms, eleven boxes and 21 cages for the transfer of the cane in the field, with productive support and utilities, and the plan was presented for 2019.

He also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba emphasized the need to find solutions and alternatives for the local production of construction materials for homes, due to the cruel economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States to Cuba and he praised the link with the University of Matanzas.

The Commander of the Revolution also visited Cárdenas the Mixed Company of Sanitary Products Prose, which offers toilet paper, napkins, handkerchiefs, facials, towels, mini-jumbos and others destined to the tourism sector and to the people nationwide.
