In this center, 40 workers work on requests for national long distance calls, in addition to local and national calls directed from public telephone centers, always with collect charges. During 2018 they exceeded the quality indicators in all services and reached 88 percent in calls answered before 20 seconds.
The Coaxial Cable number 11 operations center is also outstanding, with the main objective of maintaining communications between Matanzas and the rest of the country.
This center met the quality indicators in maintenance and services being recognized in the work of support to the Department of Development and Operation of the Network.
