With the objective of guaranteeing services to the population and due to the current situation of the country, the Territorial Division of the Telecommunications Enterprise S.A. in Matanzas, he informed that in some commercial units of the province, customer service hours will be adjusted from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.
The note, issued by the Marketing and Communication Group of the entity, specifies the importance of the measure to contribute to the decrease in energy consumption during peak hours.
The schedule will be adjusted in the telepoint of Matanzas and the points of the municipality of Cárdenas, except for the Guásimas mini-points and the December 2nd Cast, in addition to the Varadero Commercial Office. The rest of the units of the territory will work in their usual schedule.
Additionally, the expiration date for the payment of the telephone bill corresponding to the month of August will be shifted up to ten days, because the users of the province will not receive it by the usual means of postal mail, it is added in the note.
The Marketing and Communication Group of the entity reminds customers that from the 10th of each month they can know the amount of their telephone bill by calling 112, going to the commercial offices or requesting it by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are also other payment facilities through the ATM, the Bank of Credit and Commerce, the Transfer-mobile mobile application, local telecommunications agents and post offices.
