Non-state workers committed to the destiny of the homeland.

Tamara Caridad Mesa González 27 septiembre, 2019

The voluntary participation of Non-Agricultural Cooperatives of Matanzas in the collection of solid waste demonstrates the commitment of non-state workers to the destiny of the country.

This Matanzas initiative released last night at the meeting to analyze the emerging measures that are being applied in the country to face the fuel deficit that we are experiencing due to the intensification of the US blockade began to be applied from this Friday.

Based on the coordination between the Provincial Directorate of Community Services and the presidency of these associations, SANCOF operates with its truck in the Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood and the Camilo Cienfuegos neighborhood; Sagebien in the area of Matanzas Oeste and Kilometer, while CCoral is in Reynold García and Peñas Altas.

They also add to this important contribution in which some owners of animal-powered vehicles, the CNA La Concordia and COMIVARD to operate in Cabonera and Cárdenas, respectively, are already immersed.

Faced with this offensive aimed at cleaning and sanitizing our towns and cities, Liván Izquierdo Alonso, first secretary of the Party in Matanzas, recommended reviewing the constituencies that remain untouched and verifying the effectiveness of the sweepers’ work.

Another of the high sensitivity issues addressed by Guillermo Díaz Delgado, director of Community Services in Matanzas, was the one related to the guarantee of fuel for the funeral cars of the province and the progress in the preparation of the covers of the vaults that are today deteriorated in Matanzas cemetery.

About energy, the central axis of the process of emerging measures, it was learned that during the day on Thursday in the province 161.4 mwh were saved in electricity consumption, for 96.5 percent compliance with the plan.

In this sense, Matanzas and Cárdenas, municipalities that are still non-compliant, although with more favorable rates than previous days, were called upon to increase surveillance and control in organizations that have an impact on these results.

Regarding the availability of fuel at the points of sale, Jorge Enrique Villa, commercial specialist of the CIMEX branch, said there is coverage in the province for B94, B90, B83 and diesel; although on the latter he indicated an objective administration in order to guarantee the vital activities of each territory.

In this analysis meeting that takes place through the teleconference modality with the municipalities, the work of the transport group was recognized for the correct distribution of resources and the work of the inspectors at the various boarding points and stops of Matanzas. The people feel good and appreciate their work, said the first secretary of the Party, who also said that we cannot trust each other, because there are still those who have not made the situation aware and do not stop at the stops.

And from the Directorate of Health came the good news that the fuel for the ambulances of the municipalities and the consumable medical supplies distributed throughout the territories is guaranteed. The results in blood donations are also highlighted, because although there are commitments to fulfill during the day of this September 27th, today the 245 made by the Matanzas exceed.

This was an exchange in which we called to prepare the conditions and beautify our stables to celebrate the anniversary of the CDR.
