The constituency 18 of Matanzas Este carried out last night the exchange with the community to promote popular participation in the solution of the problems that concern the central Matanzas area.

The neighbors who attended this second process of accountability of the delegate to their constituents corresponding to the seventeenth legislature learned of the opening of the pharmacy of Dos de Mayo, scheduled for next November, which undergoes a capital repair.

The slim of the constituency, Mireya Alfonso Iglesias, explained in addition to the constructive work that is undertaken in the gymnasium of América Street and the cultural actions carried out in the Star Park belonging to the Matanzas sweep.

She argued that this last space that welcomes Mexican clubs, the baptism of the lamppost in the popular celebrations and commercial and gastronomic fairs, suffers from good lighting, one of the approaches that are taken into account to solve in the short term.

The delegate shared the good news about the release of the sale of liquefied gas, the improvement of telephone services, and responded to the actions carried out to provide solutions to the dumping of pits, street lighting of some blocks and attention to client in state institutions.

To think as a country, Alfonso Iglesias summoned in his management, who has been supporting his constituents for more than a decade, since in the hands of the neighbors, he says, there is the possibility of contributing to street hygiene, to the vector campaign and Social discipline in the neighborhood.





Matanzas celebrates these days the day for the Day of Cuban Culture, so the exchange had young theater and music fans of the René Fraga Moreno Teacher Training School.

The assembly of accountability of the popular power always counts on the presence of the one hundred years María, coordinator of the Defense Committees of the Revolution CDR in the area and National Vanguard for several consecutive years for her outstanding CDR work.

The occasion was conducive to the delivery of awards to children, youth, teachers, health workers and neighborhood people that make possible the continuity of the work of the Cuban Revolution.
