Behind every radio broadcast of the ball games of the National Baseball Series on Radio 26 is the expertise of Pedro Padilla Díaz.
He, a passionate radialist, weighs almost eight decades of life on his shoulders, half dedicated to the medium.
Although the knees do not accompany him, this man is able to travel the more than eight kilometers that separate his home from the workplace.
“I left my house on the radio,” confesses Padilla, who was born on March 14, 1941. Pedro, a journalist and program director, is part of the sexagenary history of the Matanzas radio station.
