In recent months a change has been noticed in the product offered by the Cuban Bread Chain in the province of Matanzas. This is due to the substitution of wheat flour for whole wheat flour, Yoel Marín Troche, head of the technical and productive department in the aforementioned entity, told the press.

To date, 52 million pesos have been collected from sales, a figure that exceeds the plan planned until this stage of the year.
