The Matanzas Provincial People’s Court enables other avenues of care for the population, in accordance with the provisions of instruction 248 of the Governing Council of the highest judicial instance in the country for territories that are in a complex situation in the epidemiological field.
As announced to Radio 26, Bárbara Berquis Cárdenas Corona, institutional communicator of the Entity, among the measures adopted highlights that the Office of Attention to the population will not do it in person, but through email (atencion.poblaciontppmtzas@mt .tsp.gob.cu), and phone numbers 45 244567 or 45 244568, by extension 128.
Another alternative implemented establishes that citizens with the need to express any concern, disagreement or approach will do so by means of written documents in legible handwriting, which will be delivered to the reception of the provincial headquarters of the Court during business days during business hours.
Although Matanzas regressed to the initial epidemic stage of the transmission of covid-19, the institutional communicator assured that the organizational structures of the municipal popular courts collaborate with each other, in pursuit of promptness and quality in the attention to citizenship and provide a adequate response to the proposals regarding any judicial process.
The behavior of this activity is periodically evaluated, based on the causes that generate nonconformities, fundamental trends that are manifested and levels of responsibility. With regard to the protection of workers and people who visit the judicial body, Cárdenas Corona highlighted the strict compliance in each municipal instance of the measures indicated by the health authorities and those adopted by the Popular Court System to prevent and control covid -19 depending on the phase in which each territory is.
In this regard, she reflected on the need to comply responsibly with what is established to avoid contagion, adjusting the action models to current epidemiological conditions.
