The 11th International Symposium “Wetlands 2017”, an event convened by the CITMA Territorial Delegation of the province of Matanzas and the National Center for Protected Areas, will be held from 6 to 10 November this year in the municipality Zapata Swamp.
Teams formed by specialists from the Environment Unit of the CITMA delegation in Matanzas toured the areas of our coastlines to evaluate the damage caused by Irma to the various ecosystems of the territory.
