Matanzas Delegation at the National Knowledge Cup among IPVCEs (+Audio).

Until December 13th, a representation of students from this western province will participate in the Second National Knowledge Cup 2023 among the country’s Pre-University Vocational Institutes of Exact Sciences (IPVCE)

The event, organized by the Ministries of Education and Higher Education (MINED and MES), was coordinated by regions through the online modality with the Universities of each territory, which host the contest, where the Provincial Entrance Commissions and the different faculties involved in the elaboration and application of the instruments to be evaluated also participate.

The University of Matanzas is the venue of the competitive event for the Yumurina delegation, composed of 45 students of the IPVCE Carlos Marx, in addition to methodologists of the different subjects, as well as teaching experts who collaborate with this edition of the IPVCE Inter IPVCE Cup.

According to the interview given to Radio 26 by Olbeida Quintana Scull, head of the Pre-University Department of the Provincial Directorate of Education (DPE), the competition is held in all subjects and in addition to demonstrating their skills in the various tests and exercises programmed, the competing students will participate in collateral activities of exchange with the academy and professional orientation.
