On the way to improve management methods and economic planning

Considering the present time in which we live, Cuba has had the need to improve the methods of management of the economy.

This process is based on the system of business management, whose main focus is on increasing the maximum efficiency and competitiveness of the socialist state enterprise, granting powers and authority necessary for proper administration. All this with a concept advanced in business management and policies, principles and procedures to be routed to the development of initiatives, what creativity and responsibility of managers and workers adds.

To do an accounting that reflects the reality of the economic aspect, market for their products and, of course, the guarantee of assurance is necessary.

Medullary in this procedure is effective, socio-economic category that integrates the effectiveness and efficiency on the basis of meeting the goals, not to mention the relationship between costs and expenses.

There are also new models of renovation of the economy, where foreign investments, leasing and non-agricultural cooperatives in the services and non-state workers or self-employed play a fundamental role.

Dissimilar are the challenges in all spheres of society, mainly in the sectors of trade, gastronomy, services, transport, fisheries and agriculture. In short, without objection, we need to improve our methods and work styles, but at a pace that the world does, yes riding on wheels.
