The Vice President of the Council of Ministers, Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, visited the province of Matanzas in the company of the Minister of Food Industry, Iris Quiñones Rojas, and the Deputy Minister of Internal Trade (MINCIN), Miriam Pérez González.
Tapia Fonseca established a frank dialogue with executives of the Commerce sector in Matanzas territory and with the members of the services brigade that today contributes to the improvement of customer service, in addition to ensuring their protection.
“The most important thing is that workers feel comfortable in their workplaces where they can earn a salary that allows them to meet their basic needs, that they receive a salary in correspondence with what they are able to do,” said the vice president of the Council of Ministers.
After concluding this exchange, he went to the municipality of Cárdenas to tour production centers such as Pesca Caribe, the Molinera Company and the Combinado Lácteo.
Both in the exchange with the members of the service brigade, as in the tour, Tania León Silveira, president of the Government in the province of Matanzas was present.
