Idoneida Abreu Domech, president of the Provincial Electoral Council assured the success of the dynamic test carried out this Sunday in Matanzas, an essay where it was possible to verify the existence of facilities in the thirteen electoral councils, anticipated guarantee of the good elections of the next January 18th.
She said that very early in the morning, in the first part of the check, the infrastructure was ready to support that in the thirteen municipalities the constituency delegates can go to the polls to choose the people who will occupy the positions of governor and deputy governor of this western territory.
She explained that the activation of the means of transport, both in the main head of the city, as in the rest of the municipalities, made it possible to check their availability.
One of the relevant moments had to do with the evaluation of communication logistics, essential for the flow of information, structure where ETECSA, the Young Computer Club and Education representatives play an important role.
Prior to the dynamic test, the electoral authorities and the delegates to the municipal assemblies of the Popular Power were trained, the latter responsible for representing the people, with voting for those who, at the proposal of the President of the Republic, will assume as governor and vice-governor.
