The economic and social strategy requires a different union in its way of educating, mobilizing and representing employees, said in Matanzas Milagros de la Caridad Pérez Caballero, a member of the National Secretariat of the Cuban Trade Workers Union (CTC).
Speaking in the plenary session of the Provincial Committee of the CTC, she reflected: “We must modify styles if we really want to guarantee the effective participation of employees in the economic management of their labor groups.
” To achieve these purposes we need to generate commitments and a sense of belonging in the workers, reflected Osmar Ramírez Ramírez, general secretary of the CTC in Matanzas properties, where “today the fulfillment of the cadre staff is a strength, which will favor better functioning,” he said.

The plenary session recognized the voluntary contribution of labor groups in support of agricultural work and in the fight to save lives in this battle for covid-19 that does not end, while a day of decisive efforts was called to salute the 62 anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution.
