Los Cactus and Tuxpan in top 3 best-selling hotels on Cubanacan website.

The Los Cactus and Tuxpan facilities in this seaside resort rank among the trio of the best-selling hotels online by the Cubanacán hotel group in 2023, the chain announced on its Facebook social network profile.

«Meet the three best-selling hotels in grupocubanacan.com. Sun and beach was the preferred destination of our users in 2023,» the publication assured, Top 3 which also includes the Brisas Guardalavaca, in the eastern province of Holguín.

Although the reasons why precisely these facilities occupy such a position are not detailed, what is certain is that they are transcendent tourist products not only for their attractions such as the beautiful stretches of beach where they are located, but also for the affable and professional character of their employees.

Los Cactus is an all-inclusive for adults only, outstanding, according to clients on social networks, for the exquisite preparation of meals, an excellent selection of national and international beverages and for its sports and entertainment activities.

On December 15th, tourist Yerena wrote on the travel website TripAdvisor: «Los Cactus should be five stars, because the service and attention provided by the employees is excellent. Everything is very clean and organized and they make you feel like family. One of the best hotels to rest».

Identified as LBL, this guest wrote on the 11th: «Good stay at Los Cactus. The hotel facilities are very nice, I went for a business meeting and I liked it very much, especially their workers are very attentive. The food and beverage services are good, although below its 4 star category. I found interesting the effort of their workers to produce the food on site, guaranteeing the best possible service according to the supplies they have».

Similar considerations are received at the Tuxpan hotel, with an average repeat business of over nine percent, mainly from its most frequent markets such as Canada, Russia, Holland, as well as nationals paid from abroad.

In spite of the difficulties with the climate systems and the impact on the availability of rooms faced by the hotel founded on December 12, 1990, we remain an attractive tourist product and have not lost the online market. This is the result of the dedication and innovative sense of the workers, acknowledged director Yelena Gómez.

She expressed that «Tuxpan is the second home and family of many. This is because the workers are dedicated to treating customers personally and with respect».

In recent times Cuba has increased online sales through the direct channel and the integration of tour operators, where hotels in Varadero stand out, which concentrates 44% of stays, with a hotel plant of more than 22,000 rooms.
