As part of the initiatives related to social attention, at the end of this year, several activities are being carried out in Pedro Betancourt municipality in order to guarantee food and recreation for people in vulnerable situations.
Yaneisy Valdespino Arboláez, deputy municipal intendant of Economy and Inspection, told our radio station that she recognized the characteristic generosity of the people of Betancourt and Cuba, while emphasizing the work of the highest authorities to enforce these projections.

Likewise, Royslán Cámbara Sosa, first secretary of the Communist Party (PCC) in the locality, pointed out the tours carried out to check the fulfillment of these initiatives in the People’s Councils of the municipality.

Promoted by the Party, the Assembly of People’s Power and the Council of Municipal Administration, these initiatives are part of the proposals of the highest territorial leadership in order to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution in the town.
