Matanzas KO’s Venezuela in clash for ticket to the final of the All-Star Series.

Matanzas team became last night the winner of the last ticket to the gold medal discussion in the All-Star Series, after defeating Venezuela 10×0 in the semifinal duel.

Mentor Armando Ferrer reserved left-hander Yoenni Yera for this decisive duel, who worked five scoreless innings and only managed to get two hits.

The performance of the stellar outfielder was supported by the rest of the team that opened the scoreboard, again in the first inning, with a rocket hit by Yurisbel Gracial, who also homered in the game.

This Thursday, the Cocodrilos will dispute the title against the Estrellas team of the Elite League, winner of the other pass to the final by leaving the Mexican team 8×7, during the first game of the day in this doubleheader.
