Men who perform daily feats (+photos and audio).

Today, when World Proletariat Day is celebrated, it is precisely the men and women of the Energy and Mines Union of Matanzas who lead the central parade of the province.
Professionals, technicians, peasants and union leaders who daily perform different feats make up the list of those distinguished with medals and decorations.
Among the many examples that can be cited are the members of the linemen brigade of the Empresa Constructora de la Industria Eléctrica (ECIE) of Matanzas.
The six-member group stood out for their altruism and performance during the recovery works in the provinces of Pinar del Río and Artemisa, both affected by hurricanes the previous year.
Awarded with the Hazaña Laboral medal, which at the proposal of the CTC is granted by the Presidency of the Republic of Cuba, the linemen of the ECIE Matanzas commented that they feel much more committed to the works that benefit the economy and society.
“We will always be wherever we are needed because, in addition to our physical and technical preparation, we have the necessary will to assimilate any task, no matter how complex it may be”, they pointed out.
Today, when World Proletariat Day is celebrated, it is precisely the men and women of the Energy and Mines Union of Matanzas who lead the central parade of the province.
Their dedication, discipline and responsibility to work, in the midst of fuel shortages and the difficult conditions existing in the country to generate electricity, allowed them to earn that privileged place.
