It gathers the story that on November 23erd, 1959, 58 years ago, Commander Ernesto Che Guevara called and developed the first voluntary work in Cuba, which would remain as one of the imperishable contributions that the Heroic Guerrilla bequeathed to the Cuban people.
With the commitment of raising quality in the service, a representation of the pharmaceutical workers of the province of Matanzas celebrated its Day in areas of the El Morrillo Memorial Museum.
Exactly 56 years ago Commander Ernesto Che Guevara created the Union of Raw Material Recovery Companies, also known as the recycling industry in Cuba. At the beginning it would be an idea that was fed by the work of the CDR member and the pioneer activity, but little by little it gained support and added to the state organisms and the residential sector.
The thought and work of Ernesto Che Guevara on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his fall in combat, and especially the memory of his presence in the Matanzas territory, will be our main motivation this year to develop in October the day of homage to the aniristas “.
