The active participation of residents will be key to achieving a more inclusive, supportive neighborhood with better conditions for all.
As part of the neighborhood transformation program, a meeting was held with residents of 14th Avenue in this town to discuss with each participating organization the tasks to be carried out for the comprehensive development of the area.
During the meeting, the specific responsibilities of the participating entities were defined, in accordance with the budget approved by the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power. This financial support will allow progress to be made on prioritized projects, with an emphasis on those of a social nature.
One of the highlights of the meeting with residents was the collective commitment to focus efforts on the well-being of senior citizens living in the area. In this regard, agreements were reached to rehabilitate community spaces, strengthen health and social assistance services, and create more accessible and safer environments.
Local authorities emphasized that, working together with the community, it is possible to achieve each of the established goals. The active participation of residents will be key to creating a more inclusive and supportive neighborhood with better conditions for everyone.
