Baking bread for the community in wood-fired ovens is one of the alternatives being implemented in the People’s Councils of San Miguel, Coliseo, and Jovellanos to ensure continued service amidst the current energy crisis.

This initiative is also underway in the People’s Council of Carlos Rojas, as part of efforts to strengthen production and guarantee access to a staple food in the communities.

Delegates from the Jovellanos Municipal Assembly of People’s Power oversee compliance with guidelines, monitor product quality, and maintain direct communication with the community to address their concerns and needs.
