I am not skeptical about bankarization, but….

I say it loud and clear: I am not skeptical about bankarization, I consider it necessary, however, while it is being implemented, the customer service process in banks must be streamlined.

The lack of infrastructure, the existing organization, adjusted to the old way and other techniques of the previous banking, makes necessary the introduction of organizational changes and information to the interested party.

On Monday I had to make a transaction at the bank on Medio street corner to Jovellanos, in the center of Matanzas, and I confess that it was overwhelming from the door of the bank to the outside, because once you get inside the entity the good treatment and excellent work reign.

I think that many services could be performed electronically, where the physical presence of the interested party is not required, thus eliminating the large concentration of the public. It is possible that it exists, if so, there is a lack of knowledge among the population.

There are also services related to the bank that could be moved to another location, such as the delivery of magnetic cards and the corresponding pin.

I say this without being a connoisseur of the internal workings of banks, but it would be feasible to eliminate the large agglomerations that are observed today in these institutions.

In this sector there are managers and workers with sufficient professionalism to organize with the security and agility that is required and thus provide a good service to the citizen.
