II Cybersecurity Conference to be held in Matanzas.

Secure electronic commerce, the use of technologies by young people, computer protection in companies and education of the population are the topics that will be dealt with from November 20th to 30th during the 2nd Cybersecurity Day in Matanzas.

According to José Carlos Quiroga López, delegate of the Ministry of Communications in the territory, the training to the personnel of the entities, identification and elimination of the security breaches will allow to promote a security culture and to raise the perception.

The dangers of digital environments are a concern for the country, focused on developing a safe Internet, especially for young people.

The technological development and digital transformation on which the country is betting requires the sharing of knowledge about networks in order to facilitate access and make it safer.
