Varied program of the AHS at the Book Fair.
The Book Fair arrives in Matanzas and with it, cultural institutions have prepared activities for the Yumurino public. The Hermanos Saiz Association proposes a varied program that will mix literature and music in several points of the city.
Among the literary activities are book presentations, spaces to debate about décima, science fiction and poetry with local and national authors. Meanwhile, in the evenings, concerts and artistic presentations will be offered, including the presence of the Failde Orchestra next Saturday.
Titles such as Cuentos de viejos, by María Elena Llana, winner of the National Literature Award 2024; Las aguas y el espejo, by Virgilio López Lemus; Los errantes by Malena Salazar, Donde van a morir las mariposas, by Yanira Marimón; La rosa de los vientos, by José Manuel Espino or El rumor de un lejano galope de caballo, by Pablo G. Lleonart, will be presented by the Aldabón label, which belongs to the house of the young creator.
Likewise, the members of the literature section of the AHS, the Taller Los Grafómanos and the literary workshop of Ediciones Aldabón «Con tus ojos míos», dedicated to the décima, will have space to share their texts, both narrative and poetic.
