The Matanzas Construction and Assembly Company expresses its support for Venezuela (audio).

The Matanzas Construction and Assembly Company held a special morning meeting in solidarity with the people of Venezuela, in the context of the current situation facing the South American country, marked by the invasion of the United States and the capture of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.

The meeting was attended by the provincial union secretary, Alexander Almenares Sollet, and the company’s general manager, Rodobaldo Herrera. Representatives from several of the company’s Basic Business Units (UEBs) were also present, as well as workers who joined in this show of support.

During the morning assembly, a tribute was paid to the Cubans who died defending the Venezuelan nation, highlighting the importance of solidarity between peoples. The event reflects the company’s commitment to just causes and its support for the struggle for sovereignty and peace in Latin America.
