The talent, inspiration, will and feminine delicacy were evident in the Encounter of Women Creators who led the workers of the Basic Electric Organization in Matanzas, as part of the activities planned in greeting on March 8th.
Under the auspices of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) and the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers (ANIR) in the territory, the event was timely for the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the women of the entity through the exhibition of manual arts , Culinary, and technical work.
The exchange, which took place at the headquarters of the Union of Community Architects (UNAICC), began with a discussion on gender equality led by representatives of the municipal secretariat of the FMC and the Women’s Orientation House and Family and also included a theoretical part for the presentation of several papers with alternative solutions to the technical problems of the electric company.
Among the samples exhibited by its creators, the original culinary recipes, in particular confectionery, clothing in the variants of sewing and weaving, personal and decorative objects for the home elaborated with cuts of cloth and disposable materials, as well as a wide Range of varieties of handmade dolls that attracted the attention and admiration of the participants and guests.
Speaking to Vivian Vera Vega, president of the Committee of Innovators and Rationalizers of the OBE, who was in charge of conducting the event said that the Meetings of Creative Women are one of the most significant achievements of the anirista work in the entity.

This time the event was not competitive, although in the end awards and material gifts were given to the participants and main organizers.
