Ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of the People’s Power is held.

With an approach to the implementation of the Social Communication Law and its application in government management, the debates of the X Ordinary Session of the Municipal Assembly of People’s Power in Matanzas began.

The delegates coincided in highlighting the relevance of this issue with transcendence in the community and the ways to achieve greater effectiveness with the participation of the population.

They also analyzed the attention given to the community, the level of solution of the proposals based on the use of electronic platforms and the points that are still vulnerable.

Actions for the control of Gastronomy and local subordination services were also addressed. The interventions went in depth on the recovery of warehouses, garage sales, the system of attention to the families and the limitations in the application of the bancarization in the different units of the sector.

The deputies to the National Assembly for the municipality of Matanzas Susely Morfa González, first secretary of the Party in the province, and Jorge Luis Broche Lorenzo, emphasized several aspects of the functioning of the local government structures and the active role of the delegates in their communities to know first hand the social and economic complexities of each place.
