Ruiseñor de Los Puentes Performance Festival concludes.
The fourth edition of the Ruiseñor de los Puentes Interpretation Festival, held at the White Hall in the city of Matanzas, concluded this Sunday.

Of the 14 vocalists in the competition, the Grand Prize went to young Ariel Rosales, while José Carlos Castells, Ivette Valdés and Yenishel Calzadilla were awarded first, second and third place, respectively.
Other special recognitions were also given to the rest of the participants by the Saiz Brothers Association, the Gallery of Hearts Project and the Municipal Directorate of Culture.
The jury was composed of vocal soloists Julita Osorio, Nancy Cristina Juara Pinillo and Olga Emilia Blanco, as well as Rey Montalvo, singer of the Chamber Choir, Gabriel Ernesto Suárez Aljovín, music methodologist of the provincial system of Casas de Cultura, and instrumentalist Raúl Valdés.
Created by Amalio Reyes Miranda and organized by the Casa de la Cultura Bonifacio Byrne, the Ruiseñor de los Puentes Performance Festival, which ended this Sunday, awarded the best of amateur talent in Cuba’s Athens.
