The Louvre Hotel will expand its housing fund to increase lodging capacity and will incorporate new services for both guests and the population, as part of the works launched for the anniversary of the city.
The extension will be located in the former house of the intellectual Domingo del Monte, right next to the hotel, and will have a first level with hairdressing, spa, jacuzzi, manicure and massage services.
On the second floor will be located the nine rooms that are already in the final phase of the work and on the top floor will be located a bar overlooking the Parque de la Libertad, which will provide service to the hotel complex.
The work is being carried out by workers of the Emprestur Citur Varadero branch, a leading company in the provision of construction services for tourism facilities.
Medardo Macías Ramírez, investment specialist, explains that the construction work will be completed next November and then the decoration and furnishing process will begin.
