Conformat company in favor of gasification program.

The design of an efficient strategy to chain processes and accommodate loads will allow the workers of Empresa de Conformación de Metales Noel Fernández (Conformat) in Matanzas to close September with the delivery of 12,000 liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.

«Of that figure, 10,000 were repaired,» said engineer Pedro Llerena Rivero, director of the company, the only one of its kind in Cuba. He also added that the most recent financing will allow increasing production and consolidating no less than 35 thousand new units before the end of the year.

«The Company will not stop working in favor of the national gasification program», reiterated the executive and commented that although the industry has barely reached 40 percent of its production capacity, a favorable period of intense work is ahead.

With the reception of raw material already in transit, the Yumurina industry is preparing to produce 35 thousand new pressure containers and to add ten thousand to the repair, a contribution that will allow revitalizing the national gasification program.
