Banking process is checked in Matanzas.

Facilitating payment through electronic channels in commercial and agricultural markets, as well as organizing the cash deposit of economic actors in banks, is one of the most urgent aspects in the implementation of bancarization in the territory.

According to what stood out during a check-up of this process in Matanzas, there is still resistance in some of the commercial entities for the use of Qr, even when it constitutes an alternative for the payment of clients.

At the working meeting, chaired by Susely Morfa, first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and Mario Sabines, governor of Matanzas, the increase in operations, extra cash registers and delivery of cards were reported.

They also evaluated the banking treatment to individual producers and the facilities for deposits with the extension of working hours in banks until Sundays.
