How long will there be judges who, faced with the dilemma of resolving family matters from a broad, different perspective, on foundations that have nothing to do with substantive and procedural civil law, remain stupefied, perhaps fearful of embracing the new, of what was done with a different way of thinking, because it is too modern or too daring to resolve according to current trends?

Developing the constitutionalization and internationalization of Family Law and Family Procedural Law provides legitimacy for both categories in all societies worldwide and for the observance and enforceability of their postulates, through due legality, which entails the submission of all activities to the law and the right (including legal doctrine and principles).
