Cuba: Bankarization of the country, an imperative necessity.

Cuba is in a process of bankarization, a matter that must navigate, first, through murky waters, until it reaches a current of clean shades.
We cannot think that this is an easy process, along the way there will be many obstacles, both objective and subjective; among the first ones are the insufficient technology and others to be faced.
As for the subjective ones, there are the brakes imposed by the lack of knowledge and even technological ignorance, which must be overcome until it is fully mastered. In addition to this, as a general rule, the new is rejected.
Something that worries me in particular and may even worry me is that our banking units do not have the logistical capacity to face this complex process.
In addition, the banking system must solve other problems that coexist with, or belong to, banking penetration, among them: the reduced number of ATMs, the shortage of currency in banking institutions, the restrictions to withdraw money, among other difficulties.
Although this is a gradual process, the first steps have already been taken, generating uncertainty among the population, a phenomenon that requires constant, clear and precise information, as well as a demand to officials and units involved in the matter to collaborate and not become brakes and barriers for the development of this modern and necessary measure.
To use a baseball slang: «The field will have the last word». I dare say for the better. Let us remember that beginnings are never easy.
