Luís Reinaldo Céspedes Jiménez, a medium-level instrumentation and automatic controls technician, retired and rehired at the same Business Base Unit (UEB) of Jovellanos, is passionate about his work specialty, a worker committed to the Revolution and a high carat fidelista, for more details, a relevant innovator.

Reinaldo has participated in five ANIR Forums at national level, he has been awarded in events of all levels.

There are many reasons why he feels loyal to Fidel, but there is one that marked him forever. He says that Fidel found out that the school where he studied in Rancho Boyeros, Havana, was not doing well and that he kept a constant check until the school was on the right track and for that reason he and his classmates were able to graduate.
