The VI International Marathon 2025 in Varadero.

The VII edition of the Varadero International Marathon will take place on March 29th, 2026, maintaining the format of the Skate Marathon.

The VI edition of the Varadero International Marathon 2025 sets new participation records in the maximum celebration of runners. The competition has more than 2,200 participants, with the presence of 40 foreigners from 23 countries.

The Cuban seaside resort will host from 6:30 in the morning the 21 and 42 kilometers races. The presence of the national athletics team highlights the relevance achieved by the event; among them is Milena Pérez, champion of the previous edition.

This year the celebration of the National Half Marathon Championship is maintained and we are honored to have the presence of outstanding figures of the sport such as Francisco Romero, champion of the previous edition in the 21 km, and Luis Angel Martinez in the 42 km, commented the race directors.

Paying tribute to our sporting glory Ana Fidelia Quirot, double world champion in Athletics, is one of the main objectives of the VI Varadero International Marathon.

The VII edition of the Varadero International Marathon will take place on March 29, 2026, maintaining the format of the Skate Marathon. Registrations will be open from May 1st through the official site of the marathon and caribedeportes.com.
