Cuban Computer Scientists Union Celebrates Anniversary in Matanzas.

The Cuban Computer Scientists Union (UIC) in Matanzas celebrated its tenth anniversary at the University of Matanzas with the aim of recognizing the contribution of different sectors to the development of information science.

The event highlighted the achievements and impact of the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba (UIC) in the Matanzas region as a space for integration and its contribution to the computerization of society.

According to the University of Matanzas’ Facebook page, the gala was the ideal setting to recognize the university’s active role in training professionals for this sector and its unwavering support for the organization.

During the ceremony, prominent founders and institutions that play a vital role in the advancement and development of computer science and information technology in the province were recognized.

With the goal of achieving even greater success next year, the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba in Matanzas seeks to consolidate its work on the sector’s potential in the city of bridges.
