Discipline and rigor in the execution of budgets and production plans, along with constant communication between producers and managers, are essential steps to optimize current management.

With the aim of evaluating compliance with production commitments for 2026, Norma Llerena Pérez, a member of the Provincial Bureau of the Party in Matanzas, led a working tour of Pedro Betancourt municipality.

Accompanied by local political and governmental authorities and representatives of mass organizations, Llerena Pérez verified the implementation of agreements reached by the Municipal Party Assembly, as well as the actions being taken to ensure the vitality of economic processes and essential services.

Royslán Cámbara Sosa, first secretary of the local party structure, emphasized the need to promote exports and transform the energy matrix to reduce external dependence, as well as the importance of disseminating best production practices and the rational use of local resources.

For her part, Danisleidys Fundora García, a member of the Betancourt Party Bureau, emphasized that systematic oversight of key areas aims to optimize the territory’s potential and ensure that economic plans contribute to the continuity of services and the well-being of the population.

Likewise, Vania Hernández Herrera, also representing the town’s Party body, pointed out that discipline and rigor in the execution of budgets and production plans, along with constant communication between producers and managers, are essential guidelines for optimizing current management, in accordance with the directives of the island’s top leadership.
