Liset bets on young critics in Cuba (+audio).

Spíritus researcher Liset López Francisco visited Matanzas during this Book Fair to present the digital edition of her text Pienso, luego investigo. (In)experiencias y motivaciones de jóvenes cubanos (In)experiencias y motivaciones de jóvenes cubanos (In)experiencias y motivaciones de jóvenes cubanos (In)experiencias y motivaciones de jóvenes cubanos (In)experiencias y motivaciones de jóvenes cubanos).

This title is the result of a work sustained by the researcher as part of the Scientific Community group, belonging to the section of Criticism, Research and Audiovisuals of the Hermanos Saiz Association of Sancti Spiritus.

This work is extended to Matanzas through a collaboration with Aldabon Publishing House to inaugurate a collection of criticism and research in the publishing house of the Hermanos Saiz Association in Yumurina.

In connection with these efforts, the author called for young Matanzas researchers under the age of 36 to participate in a second compilation of unpublished research texts, on which she commented:

According to the call for papers submitted should address concrete results of social research or critical reflections on the challenges of contemporary Cuban social sciences, with a maximum length of twelve pages in Arial 12 double-spaced format, three-centimeter margins and whose references will be governed by the APA standard, seventh edition.

The deadline for the admission of works closes on May 30th, 2024 and according to Lopez Francisco is an opportunity to promote the work of the new social researchers of Matanzas and the country.
