The capital repair of a children’s circle with capacity for more than 120 children in the Pueblo Nuevo Norte Popular Council, considered the largest in Ciudad Bandera, is among the investments made.

Also noteworthy is the restoration of some commercial and gastronomic buildings in the territory, such as warehouses, a restaurant, a cafeteria and gren grocers.

On the other hand, it is worth adding that work is underway to repair the La Francesa Complex, located on Second Avenue, in Varadero, a work that is expected to be inaugurated soon in salute to the historic date of July 26.

Meanwhile, in the center of the province of Matanzas, different actions are being undertaken to revive educational, health and other institutions in the municipality of Perico, venue of the provincial ceremony for the National Rebellion Day.

Among the most significant is the installation of a new hydraulic network to improve the supply of drinking water to the children’s circle and to four buildings in the neighborhood under transformation in the William Soler neighborhood.

According to Carlos Clemente Carmona, secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba of the territory, on the social network Facebook, work is also being carried out to revive the Crucero Aurora basic secondary school in the head town. In addition, he reflected the cleaning, painting and decorating works that are being carried out in different sectors of the territory, in remembrance of the date.

This municipality was chosen as the venue for the provincial act for July 26 because of the results in the economic, political and social order, with the active participation of the people. It is a municipality with relevant contributions in the production of food, it highlights the outstanding work in Culture, Sports, Health, Education and in the link of the structures of the Party and the Government with the communities.

It is worth mentioning that in the thirteen municipalities of the Matanzas territory, houses will be delivered, being those of Matanzas, Cárdenas, Colón and Jagüey Grande the ones that will be completed in the greatest number.

Besides, Noel Pérez Rosabal, director of Housing, said that most of these properties are located in premises that have been adapted into houses, a feature that saves resources and advances the works, because part of the structure is already built.

He pointed out that in the case of the city of Matanzas, three houses will be ready in the neighborhood in transformation on the banks of the San Juan River, to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the assaults on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes garrisons.
