Matanzas Participates in the Ministry of Culture’s Innovation Fair.

The Ministry of Culture’s Innovation Fair is being held at the University of the Arts in Havana until November 7, with the theme «Science, Awareness, and Innovation for the Sustainable Development of Culture.»

The Ministry of Culture’s Innovation Fair is being held at the University of the Arts in Havana until November 7th, under the theme «Science, Awareness, and Innovation for the Sustainable Development of Culture.»

According to Noslén González, the provincial deputy director of Culture, Matanzas is participating with six projects.

Specialist María Eugenia Romero García is presenting the project «Revitalizing the Sociocultural Line in Local Development: Quinta Anita, Sociocultural Project ‘Wonders of Childhood: Cultivator of Dreams.'»

Carlos Manuel Amador is participating from Los Arabos with the project «Innovative Design of Audio Equipment.»

Also noteworthy are the studies «Impact of the Theatre of the Seasons», authored by the National Theatre Awards winners, Rubén Dario Salazar and Zenen Calero Medina, as well as the interesting exhibition «Ediciones Vigía: 40 years of editorial innovation», by Agustina Ponce Valdés, director of that publishing house.

The works «Mundo Forjado» by José Manuel Díaz Herrera and «Proyecto Mariela Color,» by its author, Mariela Alemán Orozco, have been added to the program.

The Ministry of Culture’s Innovation Fair will promote collaboration among different social actors and the results obtained through science and innovation to address the nation’s diverse needs from a spiritual, social, and cultural perspective, Alegna confirmed.

She highlighted the recognition of territories, projects, institutes, and councils with a significant impact on art and culture, the dialogue with other ministries and sectors, and visits to community projects.
