Special Notice: Heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Occident.

During the next hours a line of storms associated with the trough located over the southeast of the Gulf of Mexico, will continue to move eastward and will remain with slow movement in the vicinity of the western region of Cuba from this afternoon and hours of the night and early morning.

This system in combination with the strong heating of the day and high humidity content, will be generating strong instability with a deterioration of the meteorological conditions, increasing the areas of showers, rains and thunderstorms over the west, with rains that can be strong and intense in some localities.

Unstable conditions remain over the rest of the country with showers, showers and thunderstorm activity.

A new Special Advisory will be issued if necessary.
