Matanzas Oil Company Makes Donation.

Initiatives like these highlight the solidarity and humanist spirit that has characterized the workers of the Matanzas oil sector throughout the years.

A group of workers from the Central Oil Drilling and Extraction Company (EPEP) made donations to various institutions in the municipality of Cárdenas and surrounding areas.

The primary objective of this action was to reaffirm the commitment of Matanzas oil sector workers to social welfare, as well as to strengthen their support for the community.

Among the beneficiaries were the Social Protection Center; the José Smith Comas Primary School, located in the Merceditas community; and the Senior Citizens’ Home and Nursing Home in the Humberto Álvarez community.

The donations are part of the social responsibility program promoted by the management of the Matanzas oil company in conjunction with its employees.

This program is geared towards developing spaces that contribute to the cultural and educational development of the region, while also highlighting the principle of solidarity that characterizes EPEP-Centro.

Initiatives like these exemplify the spirit of solidarity and humanism that has characterized Matanzas oil sector workers throughout the years.
