Bebidas y Refrescos Matanzas is working on a change of structure.

Among the entity’s incentives is working to declare UEB Yucayo a National Monument on its 100th anniversary, in 2026.

The Matanzas Beverages and Soft Drinks Subsidiary Company is finalizing details to become a genuine company of the province, with all the rights and duties of this structure, becoming independent from Mayabeque.

The subsidiary was created in 2024, with five Base Business Units, three of them producers, one marketing and one logistics. Both the general management and the UEBs created their board of directors.

They are currently strengthening the management teams, selecting the quarries and reserves of cadres and preparing the economic apparatus for the new documentation, in accordance with the company profile.

The production units continue with their corporate purpose. Among the entity’s incentives is to work towards declaring UEB Yucayo a National Monument on its 100th anniversary in 2026.
