Marilyn and her commitment to a healthy life (+audio and photos)

Marilyn Delgado Romero is a matancera living in the neighborhood of Versalles, architect of the enterprise Centro de Elaboración de alimentos derivados de la Soya, MARYVEG P H E.

At 59 years of age, she has built a project together with friends who love healthy food and vegan lifestyle, to share her recipes with the Cuban family.

The idea arose from the founding of the Elena de White in Memoriam Econaturist Project at the Casa de la Cultura Bonifacio Byrne, in Pueblo Nuevo, in 1997, with an educational peña on the third Sunday of every month, from 2:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon.

Marilyn shared with Radio 26 the story behind her project, as well as some recipes related to her work.
