Ticket: a digital hit at Pedro Betancourt (+audios)

Ticket is an online reservation system developed by Empresa de Tecnologías de la Información para la Defensa (Xetid) in collaboration with Universidad Central Marta Abreu, of Las Villas, and allows the management of appointments for legal, notary, civil and property records, collection of documents, among other services.
