And so, the days pass for the Antonio Guiteras contingent in Granma province, where solidarity is palpable and, above all, the immense pleasure of doing things well. Matanzas linemen continue repairs

The Antonio Guiteras contingent of Matanzas linemen, after completing their work in the town of Guisa, continued repairs on a 33-kilovolt line that will supply power to the town of Jiguaní.
Liván Morales, brigade leader, explains that the project requires the use of army engineering equipment due to the intricate nature of the line, which covers approximately 14 kilometers.
«Yesterday was a very joyful day,» Morales notes. «We finished the task, and with it, Guisa will have service, although it’s important to clarify that half of Granma province is served by a regional microsystem.» Today, we were informed that Felton One will be synchronized in the next few hours, allowing power to be delivered to Renté in Santiago de Cuba, which demonstrates progress, according to the lineman from Matanzas.
What characterizes the work of the Matanzas contingent? Meticulous planning and, above all, a genuine desire to do things well.
