Marti’s Hits and Missteps in 2024.

Mario Sabines, first secretary of the Party in the province, although he pointed out difficulties, also highlighted unique strengths of the municipality, such as oil and gas wells, a photovoltaic park, large areas under irrigation, asphalted streets and capacity to produce edible oil.
The provincial Council of People’s Power of Matanzas presented the report of the commission that evaluated the results of the year 2024 in the municipality of Martí. The analysis revealed more mistakes than successes.
Among the difficulties highlighted were the non-compliance of accounts receivable and payable; bankarization problems; two companies with losses and the incomplete staff of cadres, including key managers. In addition, the territory did not comply with food production, especially milk.
Four companies lack economic specialists, making it difficult to advise their managers. The organoponics, which used to be an example, today show insufficient results and the indicators of eentities such as Genética San Juan are deteriorated. Mini-industries have also regressed.
Mario Sabines Lorenzo, first secretary of the Communist Party in the province, emphasized the need to act with agility in the selection of pending cadres. Although he pointed out difficulties, he also highlighted unique strengths of the municipality, such as oil and gas wells, a photovoltaic park, ample areas under irrigation, asphalted streets and capacity to produce edible oil.
Sabines Lorenzo urged the directors to accompany the people in their demands and seek joint solutions.
