The researcher and professor addressed the agroecological transition of local food systems as a necessity and reality accompanied by policies and legal norms.

During the workshop, which is part of the program of ecological transition towards sustainable municipalities in Cuba, Ariel Rodríguez Rosales, Master of Science, also intervened on behalf of Cuba Energía, presenting alternatives to improve the approach in the energy characterization of the chains.
