With a political-cultural gala, the Hermanos Saíz Association of Matanzas celebrated the 37th anniversary of the organization and the day for Cuban culture, and also announced the convocation of its fourth congress. The event was attended by political and government authorities and associates, who recognized the artistic work of the organization in the territory.

The first secretary of the Party, Susely Morfa González, congratulated the organization for its performance in the artistic gala in honor of the anniversary of the founding of the city, «the youth demonstrated that they can assume great tasks with this beautiful gift to the city».
During the event, the young Carlos Daniel Hernández León, animator and cartoonist responsible for the animated short film of the campaign for the 330th anniversary of Matanzas, was also given his membership card to the Association.
The gala concluded with a concert by troubadour Óscar Sánchez, for the enjoyment of the guests and the Yumurino public.
