Yumurinos Sports Games begin at the university (+photos).

This Wednesday, the second edition of the Yumurinos Sports Games was inaugurated at the University of #Matanzas, after the COVID-19.

Dances, songs and other initiatives were part of the presentation of each faculty in the parade to kick off the great university sports festival.

According to Raúl Antonio Velasco Barani, head of the Department of Physical Education, Sports and Recreation of the Casa de Altos Estudios Matanzas, the calendar began on February 14th and will conclude on February 28th, with a total of 17 sports among which indoor soccer, baseball five, volleyball, chess, baseball and athletics stand out.

Unlike other years, this year’s edition will only be held on the university campus, taking advantage of its athletics track, as well as other sports areas prepared for the occasion.
